Horizon Cruise In and Parts Swap Meet Registration

Registration is free to Car, Bike and Truck owners who only wish to exhibit at the Cruise In. However, any registrants who choose to participate in the Swap Meet portion by bringing their rare and used parts to sell on site will be required to pay a $20 vendor fee.

Release- Must be signed to participate in this event. The undersigned desiring to enter and participate in the Horizon Church Car & Bike Show does hereby tender his/her application. In consideration of this application the undersigned does 1) Release Horizon Church, volunteers and agents from any and all liability arising from the event 2) Release all other participating businesses and participants from any and all liability from this event 3) Give permission to use any photographs or information obtained prior to and at the event for publication advertising and video filming and 4) Agree to have automotive liability insurance required by the State DMV. I have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
